But it seems Frasier star David Hyde Pierce has grown tired of his luxury Hollywood mansion, as he has decided to put it on the market for a whopping $7.5million.
The actor has lived in the fancy Spanish Colonial-style home for the last nine years, and has obviously decided the time has come for a change.

The Emmy-winning actor spent a small fortune having the gated 1929 Spanish Colonial Revival meticulously restored in 2004.
And even the most picky of real estate buyers would be impressed at the size of the house, which is in the exclusive Los Feliz neighbourhood.
